Crossfit AC Flexible Dieting Program!

Crossfit AC is Excited to Offer a New Flexible Dieting Program!  You have probably heard of IIFYM (If It Fits Your Macros) or Flexible Dieting!  Well Crossfit AC is now excited to offer flexible dieting coaching!  We will develop a personalized nutrition program after meeting with you to help assist you with your fitness goals.  This can vary from weight loss to gaining muscle to increasing performance!    We will teach you how to accurately count your macros (protein, carbs, and fats).  Our program will include an initial consultation to review your fitness goals, take your current body fat, and current diet analysis.  An individualized plan will then be created with daily macro counts.  We will provide a binder of macro friendly recipes to utilize for food preparation with additional references and useful information.  On a weekly basis, you will check in with our team with the spreadsheet that we provide you.  We will analyze your weekly numbers and adjust your macros as needed so to continue your progress towards your goals.  On a monthly basis, we will take updated body fat measurements.    If you are interested in signing up for this program, please see Dino.  We will only be accepting a limited amount of participants to begin.
