Pam has over 20 years’ experience in the fitness/Weight loss Industry, she started her Fitness Career teaching a variety of group classes and 11 years ago she received her personal Training Certificate.
Pam holds a full time position as a Center Director for Jenny Craig International.
I work with every client to set their personal goals, every program is designed and scaled to each individual in order to set up my client’s success. I educate my clients on what CrossFit is, how important the proper form, technique and the 9 Fundamental’s movements of CrossFit.
Outside of her busy schedule Pam enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter!!
